Tieesha Essex is a Military Veteran who served honorably during Operation Iraqi Freedom. During the end of the active duty enlistment, she decided to serve her community by becoming a Police Officer. Being a native of Cincinnati, OH the uprising of 2001 inspired her to empower those in the community that may not have a voice, and present a different kind of law enforcement professional that citizens did not fear but recognized as a neighbor in the community. Tieesha's proficiency of firearms include Glock, Sig Sauer, Ruger, Smith & Wesson and so much more, with a patience and way of teaching that has helped many improve their firearm skills and correct improper prior teachings. Tieesha is driven by empowering the community and teaching the public to act as it's own First Responder through self defense, legal and safe gun ownership, building positive personal relations, medical training, and home defense to become a HARD TARGET with a WARRIOR MINDSET.
